The hardest things, most of the time, is to get started. I use the Pomodoro Technique, which helps me get started, but the key is simply to get started. If you can muster up 20 seconds of courage and just start the project, you’ll be done with it sooner rather than later.
Get Your Rest
You cannot go 24/7 without collapsing. We are not built to push ourselves like that. Instead, you need rest. You have to take breaks and you have to get good sleep at night if you want to be productive. Setting up your bedroom for optimal sleep is a great way to increase productivity.
